How tall are you? Maybe we should date. White Castle on Bronx River Parkway at 7pm next Saturday?

Hi Snowman, Well, Abi didn't tell me how tall she is, but when I shared your comment with her she said (verbatim), "A) Snowman sounds a bit too frigid and cold for me. B) Hello, I'm married with three kids. C) I've never been on the Bronx River Parkway, but it doesn't sound too romantic. D) Getting the condition Sliders produce is not exactly how anyone would want to spend a first date. Oh, and E) I'm washing my hair at 7 pm next Saturday. Sorry pal"
Well, true to form, she shoots from the hip. So you can stamp this one, "DENIED!"
What do you think about this Kessman guy filing the White Castle lawsuit?

Martin Kessman should be ashamed of himself on many levels, public and personal. This litigation is a joke. White castle has already installed a table and chairs at his favorite location.

Hi Henry, Thanks for your comment and the update! And if anyone (yourself included) snags a pic of the new table and chairs in NY White Castle (Nyack I believe?) we'll post it here. Any bets on what the outcome of this lawsuit will be?

    You sir are an ass.

Hi W Wilson, Well, normally we'd moderate the heck out of that animal you've referred to in your comment–but I'm letting it slide as to delete it would somehow diminish the succinct beauty of your words. Having said that, yeah, I guess it's hard to see what would drive Martin Kessman to sue White Castle over some tables and chairs. There's a bit of irony, too right–in that White Castle has provided Kessman with sliders that have undoubtedly contributed to his weight status and now he can't fit in their seats–just a weird 'bite the hand that feeds you' thing, no?

LOOOOOVE those White Castles and get a bag full every time I'm back East.
I'm all for Civil Rights, but come on…if you don't fall within the "normal" size range for indoor seating, shouldn't you consider take-out rather than demanding an establishment remodel?
