Former Toyota Rollover Lawyer Alleges Foul Play

. By
New York, NYA lawyer formerly employed at Toyota is crying "Foul", alleging the automaker has deliberately withheld important documents in hundreds of product-liability lawsuits in which it was named as defendant. This amounts to conspiracy to obstruct justice, Dimitrios Biller's lawyers argue.

Toyota RolloverAccording to a report in the New York Times, Biller, who was national managing council for roll over cases filed against Toyota between 2003 and 2007, is suing his former employee for wrongful termination, emotional distress that he claims have led to psychiatric problems, and civil violations of the federal Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization Act.

Biller joined Toyota in 2003, having left his position as partner at a law firm in California. In his lawsuit against Toyota Biller argues that the automaker violated the law by not turning relevant information over to plaintiff's attorneys, and even cites the example of a concealed rollover test.
