Personal Property Kept

Two months ago there was a fire at 6250 Santa Teresa Blvd. in San Jose. Many apartments were only damaged by water and a little smoke. Many of the personal belongings were salvageable, but the MGT would not let anyone in, they needed to let the fire inspectors in first.

The MGT promised that they would bring the belongings out for us after the inspectors were done and even made everyone make them a list of possessions.

Today, 2 months later, I was told that due to their not letting people in, or bringing stuff out, it is mildewed and cannot be returned to the owners. Now residents such as my self have to suffer the loss all over again after being given the promise by the MGT that all belongings would be returned.
