First Acceptance Insurance Reaches $3.2M Employment Class Action Settlement

They are crooks plain and simple. They are doing my son the same way. It's their business model. Got them on tape saying they will pay full amount of claim and after 2 months waiting he received a check for a little less than half of the amount agreed upon. Low lives everyone of them. Have no problem suing their a** though.

It's been almost three months since I made my claim in they keep giving me the run around the take two or more days to call you and some they don't call you after you leave a voice message my claim worker lied and to me that she didn't send me some paper that I need to get sign cause she didn't know my apartment number but that a lie cause she send me a letter saying that she was going to send me some papers to get sign and after I send the papers back now the total lose department said they got to send me some papers and they said they sent the papers on dec,4,2015 and today is dec,15,2015 it don't take that long for mail from Tennessee to Alabama to come they keep giving me the run around I'm made my claim on October 31 2015 in its now December 15 2015 please help I been without a car and it's hard try to take my little girl to school and my newborn to the doctor and it's hard for me to get to work
