ComCast to Repay Customers $23 Million in Late FeesPortland, OR: Customers of Comcast in Oregon may be receiving money resulting from the recent settlement. The amount is a reported $23 million to be paid to customers as compenstaion for late fees improperly assessed over the past seven years.Comcast allegedly violated Oregon disclosure laws in assessing these late fees.According to reports, anyone who was charged late fees by Comcast from July 15 2003 through November 22 2010 would be eligible to collect $16 per infraction.
