Partial Settlement of 401K Class Action Against Neuberger Berman Approved

Hartford, CN: The partial settlement reached with Neuberger Berman Management, LLC in the action captioned as Phones Plus, Inc. v. Hartford Life Ins. Co. et al., Civil Action No. 3:06-cv-01835 (AVC) (United States District Court of for the District of Connecticut) received final approval from the Court and, since all time periods for appeal or other collateral attack have expired, the distribution of the settlement amount has occurred to all members of the settlement sub-class certified by the Court.

The settlement sub-class consists of all administrators of 401(k) Plans that engaged Hartford Life Insurance Company as a full-service provider to design, implement, administer and/or assist in administering their 401(k) Plans for which, at any time since November 14, 2003, Neuberger Berman Management has served as an investment advisor. If you believe that you are a member of the settlement sub-class and have not received a settlement payment, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you have or had a 401(k) retirement plan with Hartford Life Insurance Company and used Neuberger Berman Management as an investment advisor, you may be entitled to receive benefits under this partial class action settlement.
