$1,950,000 Settlement for 18-Wheeler Accident Victim

Austin, TX: A man who suffered permanent injuries as a result of an accident involving an 18-wheeler truck has been awarded nearly $2 million in damages.

The man was repairing a traffic light, working from an elevated bucket, when the driver of the rig tried to go under the bucket. However, the truck hit the bucket causing the man to crash to the ground and break his wrists. He now has permanent limited mobility in both hands.
