Proposed Settlement Reached in Aerotek Employment Class Action

Call center staff who sued their employer, Aerotek, have reached a proposed $1.2 million settlement.

Over 1,300 employees were involved in the class action suit which stemmed from action taken by the company in April 2007, and resulting allegations that Aerotek took away employees' accrued leave.

If the settlement is approved, the plaintiffs could receive funds by midsummer.
