I have been subjected to false arrest, selective prosecution,in Springfield Illinois by the Sangamon County Judicial System and Tortured in Sangamon county jail because a white girl friend with extreme mental illness made up false police reports that she has a extreme history of making up and the court system and Dan Wright State Attorney held me in jail 17 months and refused to go to trial which caused me a loss of my Landscape business and apartment. I have a Civil Lawsuit pending in the United States District Court of Central Illinois in Urbana and I'm trying to get a fast settlement.
