Scranton, PA: (Nov-09-07) A lawsuit was brought against the Diocese of Scranton, by a victim who claimed that he was sexually abused by former Roman Catholic priest Albert Liberatore Jr. between 1999 to 2002. The suit stated that the abuse took place when the victim was a teenage altar boy at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Duryea.
