New York, NY: (Mar-05-07) A construction worker who suffered a fall while on the job on elevated train tracks on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway in New York City, suffered several injuries including cervical and spinal cord damage, which necessitated two surgeries. The Queens resident was bedridden for several months as a result. Attorneys filed a case on behalf of the 47-year-old worker in the County of Queens and in the Court of Claims against various defendants that were responsible for the construction project.
