A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of 20,000 drivers against the courier service alleging unpaid overtime. The lawsuit claimed UPS improperly denied wages and/or overtime pay and meal and rest breaks. Plaintiffs sought back wages, penalties, interest and attorney's fees.
