Formaggio Cheese Employee Unpaid Overtime Class Action Settlement

More than one hundred workers and former employees filed a class action lawsuit against the cheese maker for allegedly failing to pay overtime and violating labor laws. The upstate New York cheese company does not admit to breaking any laws, but Formaggio Cheese has agreed to pay a $258,000 class action settlement. (May-17-06) [WSTM TV NEWS]
