KB Home

A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of people who bought a house from KB Home in the past 10 years. The class included more than 60,000 Texas owners who purchased a house from KB Home after January 1996. KB Home allegedly attempted to require binding arbitration for warranty disputes after it had promised federal regulators that it would not do so. Under the terms of the class action agreement, KB Home has been barred from requiring buyers to sign such agreements. (May-17-06) [MY SAN ANTONIO]

My neighborhood has flooded and water has failed to recede wishing 3 days. This wouldn't be an issue, but I have aerial photos of my neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods. We were the only neighborhood flooded. It turns out that our
the MUD District did not build or Engineer the Drainage, Pumps or anything else. The water pumps through one pipe which goes over to a water treatment plant which is currently full as well. KB Homes our builder used an Engineering Firm to build the Drainage system without MUD's specs. This is the reason we keep getting this problem. Regardless who is at fault, we've have homes and automobiles flood twice within a ten year span.
