Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill

A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of consumers allegedly defrauded by the restaurant chain's menu language. Thousands of customers ordered Rubio's 'lobster' burrito thinking they were eating lobster when in fact the burritos were made of langostinos, more commonly called Red or Yellow Prawns. Although Rubio's admits no wrongdoing, it changed its burrito's name to the "langostino lobster burrito" and will hand out $3 discount coupons to customers in the state of California until March 15, 2006.
