This is a settlement for the DUI/DWI lawsuit.

The state of Ohio has agreed to pay a $4.5 million settlement for charging people twice to get their driver's licenses reinstated after drunken driving convictions. The state recalled over 17,000 instances where people were charged a $250 administrative fee and another $250 after they were convicted in court for judicial reinstatement.
