At the age of 23, Matthew Giuliano died in a car accident after a tractor trailer rig stalled on a Texas highway. Mr. and Ms Osborn repaired a high pressure brake hose on their 18 wheeler with a toothpick. One hundred and twenty miles later, the makeshift repair failed and the truck came to an immediate halt in the high speed lane.
