Illinois, New York and Connecticut will share a $190 million settlement awarded to them for insurance fraud. The three states claimed Aon Corp. accepted money to lead clients toward favored insurers. Kickbacks are illegal and unethical and the nation's second largest insurance broker will pay for their mistakes over the next three years. (Mar-04-05)
