A verdict has been reached in the class acton lawsuit filed on behalf of 400 former and current Long Island workers. The suit alleged that the company had illegally deducted several million dollars from the paychecks of employees who sold ads over a six year period. A State Supreme Court Judge ruled in favor of the workers, stating that "The defendant cannot charge its employees against monies already earned for the failure to renew accounts."
