Waikele, HI: An explosion at a fireworks depot in Hawaii has killed at least four people and left one person injured according to news reports. The explosion happened around 9:00 am Friday morning at the Waikele Business Center. According to a report on MSNBC.com several people may be trapped inside the plant.

Based on FDA Import Alert, this type of processing and size of product has the potential to be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum, a bacterium which can cause food borne illness. Consumers are warned not to use the product even if it does not appear to be spoiled.
