Oakland, CA: A new study will be of interest to couples trying to have children—and could prove insightful to any hopeful parents having trouble conceiving. Doctors with Kaiser Permanente have published findings in Fertility and Sterility that suggest men with elevated levels of bisphenol A (BPA) were two to four times more likely to experience problems with the quality and the quantity of their sperm.

Houston, TX: Consumers who purchased Gaiam water bottles because they were marketed as not containing bisphenol A (BPA) were probably surprised to learn that the water bottles actually have BPA in them. For George Niño, attorney with Caddell & Chapman, Gaiam is just the most recent company to have falsely marketed its water bottles. Niño is currently involved in litigation concerning SIGG water bottles, which were also marketed as being BPA-free when they actually do contain BPA.
