- Lexmark. An antitrust lawsuit has been filed against Lexmark International Inc. on behalf of Static Control Components Inc. (SCC) in Sanford, N.C. The suit alleges that Lexmark is attempting to monopolize the market for printers, and comes on the heels of a suit filed by Lexmark against SCC which claims that SCC is illegally copying their printer technology.
