Dish Network Faces Class Action over Telephone Consumer Protection Act Violations

- by

Beverly Hills, CA: A Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) class action lawsuit has been filed against Dish Network following allegations by a woman who claims she received dozens of automated collections calls from Dish on her cell phone, even though she is not even a Dish Network customer.

On September 12th, The Law Offices of Todd M. Friedman filed a class action lawsuit against Dish in US District Court in Sacramento, alleging multiple violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act because Dish Network did not have a business relationship with this woman and because the company kept calling after she demanded they stop.
