SAIC Identity Theft Class Action

If you are an employee or former employee of SAIC corporation in San Diego, California (or one of its subsidiaries), you may be eligible to participate in a class action negligence lawsuit currently being investigated by several class action law firms. In January 2005, SAIC, due to lack of security, was broken into and laptops containing personal information of stockholders were stolen. SAIC has already admitted the mistake and notified stockholders and employees. However, the personal information of thousands of stockholders and employees was clearly compromised. As a result, thousands of SAIC employees and stockholders have already been victims of identity theft. Having failed to protect the private information, including social security numbers, of employees and stockholders, SAIC has yet to compensate any of the victims of its negligence.
