Poland Spring



A lawsuit was filed and the Superior Court of New Jersey approved it in March as a class action. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of all Poland Spring New Jersey and New York based drivers. The route sales representatives claim the company failed to pay overtime. The class includes drivers from NJ who worked between December 2001 to December 31st, 2004 and all drivers who worked in any NY branch at any time from December 1997 to the present.

Worked extremely long hours w/out compensation.

Classified as exempt even though my primary job is not sales. Work in excess of 10 hours most days without compensation. Mandated to work three Saturdays per year without being paid. If you choose not to work, you have to pay somebody $120-$140 to cover for you. Salary capped since 2008. Not given a cost-of-living adjustment in over six years.
