U.S. District Judge Gerald E. Rosen has approved the class action lawsuit filed against Northwest Airlines on behalf of all passengers who bought full-fare Northwest Airlines tickets that began or ended with flights at Northwest's Detroit or Minneapolis hubs from October 1992 through the present. The suit also includes US Airways passengers who bought tickets for travel at airports in Pittsburgh or Charlotte since 1995, along with Delta Airlines travelers who have bought tickets since 1995 involving trips that ended or began in Atlanta or Cincinnati.
