International Truck and Engine Corp.
A class action lawsuit has been filed against the International Truck and Engine Corp., part of Navistar, which used to be International Harvester. The suit was filed on behalf of 350 African-American employees who allege that they were subjected to racial discrimination. The suit alleges that the workers were called 'nigger' and 'jungle bunny,' and that there were cartoons of black men being lynched and nooses were displayed in the workplace.
