American Flame recalls Fireplaces due to Fire and Explosion Hazards
Consumers should immediately stop using American Flame Inc. gas fireplaces as faulty valves can allow gas to continue to flow into the fireplace pilot light after the unit has been turned off, causing risk of fire explosion.

Chimeneas de Columbia
Twin Eagles
FDM
Inca Metals (Savannah Heating)
Even Temp
Valley Comfort.
The units were sold nationwide between September 2006 and July 2007. Consumers should call their dealer for a free repair.
