Facebook / Blockbuster privacy violation

We are investigating a potential case involving Facebook and Blockbuster, Inc. We are very interested to speak with people who (a) had/have a Facebook account; (b) had/have used Blockbuster Online to rent movies; and (c) had their movie rental information published in a Facebook "news feed" to their friends on Facebook.

Example: If you rented Disney's "Bambi" from Blockbuster Online (which is like Netflix), all of your Facebook friends would have received a message about that rental, even if you did not consent to such disclosure. Aside from being potentially embarrassing, that disclosure would violate the Federal Videotape Privacy Protection Act, which prohibits the sharing of one's movie rental and sale information without consent.

If you have both a Facebook and a Blockbuster Online account, then your Facebook friends may have received a news feed detailing your movie rental activity. You may have also received news feeds detailing the movie rental activity of your Facebook friends. Both you and your Facebook friends' rights may have been violated, and we are interested in speaking to you or your Facebook friends about this.

I added workout videos to my Blockbuster queue... I thought I had removed it from my profile, but my friends still see it... I can't find a way to delete it from their view. It's embarrassing; why would I want my friends to see that I'm renting exercise videos???
