Three employees titled as supervisors are claiming unpaid overtime and are seeking $5 million for 100 other classified employees. The plaintiffs are alleging Behr classified hourly employees as salaried workers to avoid paying overtime and are therefore in violation of Ohio state laws. (Jan-28-05)
