Apple iPod Antitrust Class Action Lawsuit Certified and In Court

- by

Los Angeles, CA: Apple Inc, is currently facing an antitrust class action lawsuit filed by three individuals who allege Apple violated federal and state laws by issuing software updates in 2006 for its iPod that prevented iPods from playing songs not purchased on iTunes.
