LimeWire music distributors anti-trust counterclaim against the RIAA was dismissed using the same precedent, Bell Atlantic vs.Twomby, that was earlier used to dismiss an RIAA copyright infringement complaint, Interscope vs. Rodriguez.
This may be Irony but I find it all totally confusing.
This music distribution business is vicious.
