More than 25 years of experience, as a loan officer, president of two banks, loan committee member, organizer of a savings and loan association, bank director and director of SEC reporting corporations, Mr. Tarter has extensive experience and knowledge on how banks and related financial institutions operate. Mr. Tarter has served as a director of SEC reporting, closely held and not-for-profit corporations and was appointed to the panel of mediators by the United States Bankruptcy Court. Following its filing for bankruptcy protection, Mr. Tarter was approved for appointment to the board of directors of First Alliance Mortgage Corporation to serve as an independent outside director during its bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Tarter also served on the board of directors of the Western States Bankcard Association. Mr. Tarter has consulted on identity theft credit cards, credit damages, deposit disputes, bank operations, guaranty and lending matters - consumer and commercial, letters of credit and lender liability.
