Dow Chemical Co.

Two Vietnam veterans who have been diagnosed with Agent Orange-related cancer are attempting to launch a new round of Agent Orange lawsuits against Dow Chemical Co. (DOW), Monsanto Co. (MON) and other companies. There was a global class-action settlement in 1984 for veterans who suffered injuries due to exposure to the herbicide, which was used to defoliate trees during the Vietnam War.

The plaintiffs are not entitled to the $180 million settlement from 1984, and they claim that they are entitled to launch a new suit on behalf of veterans who were unaware of the earlier settlement and therefore shouldn't be blocked from suing.

Hello,
I submitted a request it seems over a year ago in reference to my experience of being sprayed with agent orange while serving in the Vietnam war. I have prostate cancer as well as diabetes along with other issues.
Thank you for your time.

My husband died Nov. 28,2014. He served in Viet Nam and Korea. He was sprayed twice with Agent Orange. His death certificate says metastatic adenocarcinoma, all but one of his CT scans showed cancer spread in this abdominal area, liver biopsy should spots of cancer, but one scan showed pancreatic cancer. He also had diabetes along with others.
I am gathering help and information so I may fight VA. Hopefully at some point this will be added to presumptive diseases.
Can you help me??????

My late husband died in 2009 - a Vietnam Vet “boots on the ground” service - from several Agent Orange diseases. He was at 100% disability with VA. He wanted me to continue the fight.
