Torn tendon and partially healed then tore again

Defendant: Levaquin (ruptured tendon)

Pain is so much in the middle of the night every time I sit down my calf cramps up it is so very painful several steps. This is every time every day. Sometimes I've fallen forward and gave myself a concussion with a header to the concrete floor face first.
