I took Chantix for six weeks in 2009. Since then I've had terrible memory loss.

Defendant: Chantix (suicidal behavior)

Since taking Chantix back in 2009 I've suffered terrible memory loss. I have trouble remembering things I used to do on a daily basis. I can't remember directions. I've taken two classes and by the time I get home I can't remember anything I've learned. Things that used to be second nature to me I can no longer remember. This has effected my home, my job, everything. At the time I thought once I quit taking the medication my memory would return...unfortunately it's never returned.
