I was prescribed levaquin for prostatitis. Within hours developed a range of neuropathic pain, burning, numbness, tingling, pins and needles, etc. This drug also caused intense insomnia which has persisted for months. This drug has disrupted my central nervous system causing tachycardia. I have severe tendonitis is the achilles, knees, hips, shoulders and elbows. I have developed food allergies. I live with chronic pain, mobility issues etc. The drug is poisonous.Submitted 2012-01-18Defendant: Levaquin (ruptured tendon) Physicians have asked me to try hyperbaric oxygen for relief but I got none.
