I have 11 Rheem tankless water heaters in a new apartment building that none of them work.Submitted 2011-08-09Defendant: Tankless Water Heaters (defective product) I have substantial costs with plumbers to get the water heaters to work. My tenants have to deal with cold showers and workman in their units constantly. The lack of hot water has created ill will with the tenants in a closely knit resort community. Rheem has discontinued the model, and the model has been recalled. Rheem is of no help.
