Overdraft fees were charged for transactions that were made before an actual overdraft occured.

Submitted 2011-07-29

Defendant: Bank Overdraft Fees (excessive fees)

What would have been one $35 overdraft fee ballooned to over $200 and caused a $500 direct deposit to bring my balance up to only $103. I would describe what the bank (Wachovia) did, as willfully participating in "usery".
