I am 31 years old and was started on the depo shot when I was 14. I was taken off of it at age 27 or 28 due to the many medical problems I was having including Osteoporosis, degenerative disc disease in my spine, Fibromyalga and severe pain in my back and joints. I still have not had a period since being taken off the depo and can not have children at this point.

Defendant: Depo-Provera (causing Osteoporosis)

Osteoporosis, DDD in my spine for which I have had to have several surgeries for due to the constant pain I am in, Fibromyalga, Joint pain and swelling, loss of all my top teeth, and loosing all my bottom teeth. I have medical documentation of all of this.
