Self-mutilation and thoughts of killing others for no apparent reason and taking my own life.

Defendant: Zoloft (violent behavior and suicide)

Loss of appetite, sleep, isolation from others, inability to keep a job, restlessness and anxiety, hopelessness and thoughts of just wanting to be euthanized, memory loss, irritable, severe mood swings, destructive behaviors and hostile towards people who push me to the edge. Strained relationship with my four children and their father. Was in a violent relationship that lasted 3 years. I was discharged from the military at the age of 37 for PTSD and chronic depression. I only made it through Basic Training and one month of my MOS training before I was chaptered out.
