TCF National Bank in Wisconsin has charged me thousands in overdraft fees. The bank practices all the transactions listed here on the web.

Defendant: Bank Overdraft Fees (excessive fees)

I have had to take out pay day loans to have gas and grocery money. I am claiming bankruptcy. I have had to pay thousands in fees, I have even been charged overdraft fees for the overdraft fee transactions!! Other banks in WI do the same thing so I can't change banks. If fact Chase gave me 2 x $3000 charge cards to cover the overdrafts, which of course were over the limit and at 26 percent interest shortly after being activated.
