Cipro is the cause of multiple areas of tendonitis developing within a span of one week of each other.

Defendant: Cipro (tendon rupture)

After taking Cipro to treat a UTI, less than one month later, I was diagnosed with shoulder tendonitis in my right shoulder (rotator cuff), then one week later, my right index finger became immobile due to tendonitis, and the following week, my left knee became inflamed due to quad tendonitis.
