I am being harassed by a collection agency due to an unfair termination fee

Defendant: Cell Phone Companies (early termination fees)

I have had work troubles due to dropped calls and delayed messages. I have had relationship problems with my ex girlfriend over dropped calls and delayed messages. My professor at my college called me to inform me of a change of date for our final. I never received this message and missed the final. This caused me tremendous difficulties.
