Cancer death(s) and possible correlation to tire fire

Submitted 2010-01-17

Defendant: This relates to the Watertown Tire Fire

My parents live about 1/4 mile from the Watertown Tire Fire; my father developed lung cancer and died 11 months after the fire and two yrs. later, my mother developed breast cancer. I am trying to find out if there is a higher rate of cancer in the people who were exposed to the fire, if the cancer can be linked to the fire and if so, would she (my mother) be eligible for damages.
