I am being changed a fee of $116 for terminating Service with Clearwire Broadband after less then a month of bad service.

Defendant: Clearwire Service (early termination fees)

I purchased the Clearwire home modem which doesn't even work right now and the broadband card which I returned after less then a month due to very poor service. I am in the process of cancelling my home internet because it doesn't work at all. Clearwire tech support are unable to resolve any problems.
