Chrysler Sebring with 46,000 miles needs new engine ($4,000) because of oil sludgeSubmitted 2009-08-09Defendant: Daimler Chrysler (2.7 litre engine failure) This car is not even paid for yet and already I am supposed to replace the entire engine. I cannot afford to do that, and so now I will either be paying for a car which I cannot drive or I will stop paying for the car and have it repossessed, which will ruin my credit and prevent me from buying a car in the future. This has caused me great emotional and financial distress, and will continue to do so until there is some type of fair resolution for this ridiculously defective vehicle. -- Florida * The views printed here do not necessarily represent the views of LawyersandSettlements.com but are solely the views of the author.
