Sold Flexible Premium Life policy under false pretense.

Submitted 2009-02-04

Defendant: MetLife Financial (portfolio transferred or analysed)

I was sold a Flexible-Premium Life - Death Benefit A policy that was projected to have $38,384.95 when I turned 65. I was just told that it would be worth 1800.00 when I am 65. I am 62... this was supposed to be a retirement nestegg. Some nestegg.
