Questionable reposession of vehicle.Submitted 2008-09-04Defendant: Chase Auto Finance A payment was returned from the bank. I contacted them before they even knew it was returned. I explained to customer service that the payment had been returned. she said it did not yet show returned in their system. She said to go on to the website and schedule another payment. Which i did. I went out of the country for a week and the vehicle had been repossessed.
