The attorney who handled my tort case never provided documentation that the case was filed with the SC Director of Insurance.

Defendant: Legal Malpractice

I suffered 4 bulging disc and lost half my business after being rear-ended. As a result I had neck pain, back pain, and headaches for 4 years. My attorney was relieved as council, and since my case was not filed properly I could not find another attorney to take my case. I had to settle for $10,000 when my income losses were approx $15,000 for 4 years. The attorney prevented me from receiving proper legal process by failing to file the case properly.
